Bendon is a much loved, iconic New Zealand company with a history dating back 72 years. We are unique in that we design, manufacture and sell our own products including Pleasure State, Heidi Klum Intimates, Fayreform, Lovable, Fredericks of Hollywood and of course Bendon. 

We have recently undertaken a review of our operating model and have made the decision to create one global head office back here in Auckland, New Zealand.  We are now recruiting 30 roles across Merchandise, Planning, Sourcing, Retail Operations, and Marketing.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving and executing promotions and marketing communication plans for our omnichannel stores across NZ and Australia. The role will actively support the Marketing Manager with the management of our global brands as well as driving the public relations programme.

Other Key Responsibilities:

Drive and create communication plans and artwork for omnichannel retail and outlet promotions, in line with the trading calendar.  Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Designers, VM manager and ensure stakeholder sign-off.  

Own, drive and create new store marketing plans, and launch their openings.

Manage our internal communications as required by the HR team, up to one day per week.

Assist the producer and content marketing manager as required, with photography shoots for flat lays, on-body and campaigns. 

Manage and work collaboratively to ensure projects are briefed, created and signed off on time. Track spending promotional spending via a PO tracker, to manage media and collateral costs.

The successful candidate will ideally have a marketing degree and at least 2 years of experience, ideally in an omnichannel retail marketing role.

  • Degree, ideally in Marketing
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
  • Ability to be able to interpret creative concepts, and understand the subtleties of marketing communications
  • Ability to be agile, collaborative and synthesise information quickly and accurately.
