The newly formed leadership team has been given the keys to an iconic New Zealand heritage brand, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, Senior Contact Centre Team Leader to help bring Bendon back. We are unique in that we design, manufacture and sell our own products including Pleasure State, Fayreform, Lovable, Fredericks of Hollywood and of course Bendon. We put our customers first and have a team who empower and lead relentlessly to deliver best practice end to end customer service, and proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvements in overall customer service delivery. We believe that if we collaborate as one team, we have the ability to deliver amazing experiences to our loyal Bendon customers.

We are looking for someone who is excited about coming on our journey of transforming this amazing New Zealand brand.


What You'll Do:

  • Leadership of the Customer Service team that looks after our two trading businesses Fredericks of Hollywood and Bendon Lingerie online.
  • Ownership of Customer Service team development and training
  • Roster planning to allow coverage over different time zones (NZ, AU, US)
  • Define, develop, and implement customer service processes
  • Online customer service team ownership

Who you'll be:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer service role, or minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer services lead role preferably in an omni channel retailer
  • Proven leadership, management and commercial skills in a customer service environment
  • Passionate about excellent customer service with experience to handle difficult customers without stress
  • Good understanding of customer service tools and systems
  • Comfortable working within a small team environment
