We are looking for someone who is excited about coming on our journey of transforming this amazing New Zealand brand.

What we can offer you:

  • Responsible for all HR administration. This includes managing and maintaining employee files (new contracts, variations, and amendments) and accurate and timely maintenance of the HR system, and organisation charts.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees, and off-boarding of exiting employees.
  • Responsible for managing end to end recruitment in both stores and head office.
  • Responsibility for HR reporting, including service awards, employee movements, and other reports as requested.
  • Provide sound and correct advice to managers on general HR, including policies and procedures, recruitment, HR processes, and training. Interact with retail managers and retail teams, demonstrating problem-solving skills and building confidence and trust.
  • Contribute to and support the timely implementation and development of HR Projects.
  • Conduct entry-level training sessions, including Company Inductions.

Who you'll be:

  • You'll be comfortable and confident with being the face of HR, a real people person!
  • You'll be tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • You'll love a challenge, and enjoy working across all areas of HR.
  • You will be an enthusiastic learner with a strong growth mindset.
  • You will have strong resilience in times of challenging workload.
  • You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and able to pivot quickly and efficiently from one task to another.
  • You'll be tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
