The newly formed leadership team has been given the keys to an iconic New Zealand heritage brand, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced Shared Services Manager in our Finance team to help bring Bendon back.

We are looking for someone who is excited about coming on our journey of transforming this amazing brand.

What you'll do:

  • Lead AP and AR to ensure vendors accounts are reconciled, paid and AR are collected on a timely basis.
  • responsibility for a hands-on AP element and some management reporting, maintaining relationships with key vendors / customers, and driving positive change
  • Manage effective and timely management of stakeholder relations, including SLT, vendors, business partners, customers
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable Ledger to ensure it accurately reflects the position of each credit account and that appropriate measures are taken where unacceptable arrears are detected
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor reconciliations, processing, cash allocation and GRNI reconciliations
  • Manage the current AR ageing

Who you'll be:

  • Great communicator who loves working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous management experience an advantage.
  • Previous AP / AR experience in a leadership role
