We see our immediate growth across ANZ, with a long-term view of going global. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Customer Service Representative in our Ecommerce team. This position is Auckland based.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for our customers through email, social and live chat
  • Process customer returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds
  • Monitor customer and share feedback through external platforms
  • Support the eCommerce team with product & pricing queries, and keeping our knowledge base updated
  • Help to improve and optimise the operations of the Customer Service team

Who you'll be:

  • Experience in a Contact Centre or a similar Customer Service role
  • High level of resilience - the ability to maintain a cool, calm approach when under pressure or handling difficult customer situations
  • A fast learner with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be able to identify our products and assist customers in the buying journey (training provided)
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Have knowledge of Social Media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
  • Previous experience in an Ecommerce environment is desirable but not essential
